How many new churches would we need for the Anglican Diocese of Canada to have a church in every Canadian population centre of over 50,000 people?

The answer is about 34.  As our Diocese grows, the map of Canada has some empty spaces filled.  We have new church plants in places such as Kanata,  and Winnipeg starting this summer.  We have large congregations that have joined us in Kitchener and Lethbridge.

We give thanks for Packer College, AMMiC, St. John's Vancouver, and Messiah Ottawa and many others that are working hard to extend the reach of our Diocese.  Let us pray for a day when everyone in Canada could be connected with one of our churches or projects.

Our Vision states:

"Every region, enduring churches, excellence in leadership, equipped members. We believe God is calling us to have churches from coast-to-coast and accessible to most Canadians...."

Population centres that don't yet have Anglican Diocese of Canada churches include: Oshawa, Regina, Milton, Moncton, White Rock, Brantford, Red Deer, Thunder Bay, Kamloops, Sudbury, Peterborough, Airdrie, Welland, Ft. McMurray, Prince George, Fredericton, Saint John, Vernon, and Medicine Hat.
