The Reverend Mark Rutledge, shown here with his family, is transitioning into the Anglican Diocese of Canada.  Remarkably he is bringing his mainly young congregation of 100 with him.

Bishop Dan and visiting clergy were there on January 30th for his ordination as a Deacon.  He is a postulant for priesting.  Bishop Charlie lives not too far away and has been helping with sacraments, and mentoring.  The name of the congregation is Benediction Church.  We welcome them to our Canada wide family of churches.

Again a blank space on the map of Canada has now been filled.  Our Diocese has about 80 churches, and it is estimated that we would need about 400 to serve every trading area in our land. Anglican Explorers exists to cheer on and assist with this national mission.
