This ANiC parish of a dozen members began in August 2018 in the community of Bonavista where the first English church service was held in North America by John Cabot in 1497.  When All Saints Bonavista celebrated its patronal feast in August 2020, they were blessed with a visit by Bishop Don Harvey, former Moderator of ANiC.  Having been helped by The Church of the Good Samaritan in its first year, ASB has, in turn, been a sponsoring parish for St. Matthew's Gander, with whom it shared online services and Bible studies during the first six months of COVID-19.
